Over seven sun-soaked days on one of the world’s most tranquil islands, you’ll unwind from the inside out. This isn’t about spa days and cocktails by the pool (though there’s time for that too) - it’s about deep nervous system restoration. You’ll learn how to regulate your body’s stress response, reset your rhythms, and rediscover who you are beneath the busyness.

Through gentle somatic practices, breathwork, beach therapy and restorative rituals, you’ll shift from fight or flight into rest and receive. You’ll return home grounded, glowing, and genuinely replenished - not just rested, but rewired.

Guided body scanning + emotional release — reconnecting mind and body through safe, nurturing facilitation.

Beach Therapy

A guided sensory experience using sand, sea, sound, and stillness to ground your body and calm your mind. You’ll connect with nature’s rhythms and use the beach as your therapist — a safe space to release, reflect, and restore.

Blue mind sessions — exploring the science of why the sea calms us, paired with quiet reflection time.

Feminine Rest Rituals

Sunset slowing circle — an end-of-day ritual to release control and honour rest as productive.

Candlelit sound bath or yoga nidra — deep parasympathetic activation.

Island ceremony of letting go — write down what’s draining you and release it into the ocean at dusk.

Nourish & Replenish

Nutrition for nervous system health workshop — gentle guidance on foods that regulate hormones and lower cortisol.
